At completion of services rendered the Service team will seek a signature from you or someone appointed by you. The signer must be 18 years or older. This signature will serve as proof of services completed or work day completed (if return visit needed).
If you have a deadline or emergency please contact us prior to purchase. In this situation we can contact the service teams in your area & see if they can meet your deadline. Then proceed to purchase a service with peace of mind.
Service Team will assemble your product to manufacture specifications. If any deviation is requested or required by customer a Knowledge Waiver will need to be signed by customer prior to continuing assembly. This action may void product warranty. Most items require a level surface for assembly & safety.
Service Teams will pick up the item or items you need delivered & transport them to desired location. Service Teams may refuse picking up an item that can not be secured properly for transport. This will result in either a reschedule of service or an attempt fee of 40% taken from any refund to customer if required.
Service Teams are only liable for any damage to your property during transport & unloading if due to Service Team negligence.
Haul off is a service conditional to safety risks associated with the removal of & condition of property needing hauled off.
This service could result in a 40% attempt fee taken from refund if Haul off can not be performed due to safety & conditional problems associated with the product or removal route taken. Service Teams take ownership of property needing hauled off. Please insure it is your legal right to discard the property. We do not offer HAZARDOUS ITEMS haul off at this time.
Service Team will install your product to manufacture specifications. If any deviation is requested or required by customer a Knowledge Waiver will need to be signed by customer prior to continuing install. This action may void product warranty.
Service Teams will repair your product to manufacture specifications to their best ability pending the age & condition of product. Some parts may need to be ordered resulting in a return visit being required & possibly another repair charge. You & the Service team may discuss the terms of revisit.
Service Teams may relocate an item from one location to another location on your property. Relocate is a service conditional to safety risks associated with the condition of property needing relocated & its surroundings.
This service could result in a 40% attempt fee taken from refund if relocate can not be performed due to safety & conditional problems associated with the property or surroundings.
All physical products purchased from Servicetime.biz may be refunded prior to processing the order. Some items are processed within 24 hrs & some are processed within 4 to 7 days. Generally refunds may be done within 8 hours of purchase without a fee imposed. After 8 hours there will be a fee of 20% kept from your refund total.
All services paid for via servicetime.biz are refundable upto 48 hours before service is scheduled minus a 10% fee & after or upto appointment time, minus 40% fee.
Most refunds take from 2 to 30 business days depending on form of payment & processing company involved.
We do accepts returns after an approval & verification process. Please call before returning any products. We do not accept returns without documentation of our approval. Our refusal of non approved returns will cost you the return shipping cost. Most products we sell will likely go back to the manufacturer once approval is gained. Most products damaged in shipping do not require returning. The manufacturer is likely to send you any replacement parts needed. Most products have its own return date grace period from time of purchase. Any refunds due for returned items will be processed after we receive & inspect the returned product.
We try to only sell products with free shipping to customers. Some accessories & lower cost items will likely have a shipping rate applied. Before returning a product, please contact us to see if return shipping is your cost or ours. If product is not faulty from manufacture or shipping, the return shipping charge shall be yours in most cases.
