4. damage inspection.
5. linen replacement
6. full restroom sanitary clean.
7. amenities replenishment
8. kitchen sanitary clean & light appliance clean.
9. sweep or vacuum & mop.
Vacation rental turnover cleans
With contract in place, we offer more during these cleans.
1. simple maintenance. ( any repairs that should take less than 1.5 hrs. to complete and do not require a specialty license.
2. laundry service (on or off site).
3. we provide our own towels, sheets & pillow cases (or use yours, optional).
4. a picture inventory of your assets.
5. once yearly deep clean.
6. heavy dusting as needed.
7. we supply amenities ( toilet paper, trash bags, travel size soaps etc., starter coffee, dish pods, wash pods)
Tenant Turnover cleans
Always includes
1. traditional interior deep clean.
2. inside windows, ground level or balcony exterior windows.
3. front porch , back porch cleaning,
additional fees for:
yard work, higher windows, pressure washing, wall cleaning.
paint overs.
Office weekly / bi weekly / monthly cleaning
We like to develop this cleaning service based on the needs of your office.
most cases we do general cleaning of common areas.
such as sanitary clean of counter and table tops(around papers and items).
sweep, vacuum, empty trash cans, and mop.
we can also, do things from dusting to windows to replace stock or hold inventory for replenishment.
( soda, waters, candy items, paper, pens, etc. etc.)
